Dowlow Grey chippings are quarried from the Dowlow quarry in Derbyshire. They have neutral light grey tones which compliment both traditional and modern day settings. Dowlow Grey is a hard durable angular limestone which makes it perfect for use on driveways, footpaths, rockeries, tree pits, raised borders and planted areas.
Dowlow Grey decorative aggregates are available only in 14mm grading.
Borders are usually very prone to weeds and much time in the garden is often spent weeding to ensure that plants grown in them are not suffocated by unwanted growth. Using decorative aggregates can save you a lot of time by preventing sunlight reaching unplanted areas where weeds are more likely to take hold.
